 磨床的种类很多,主要有平面磨床、外圆磨床、内圆磨床、万能外圆磨床(也可磨内孔)、齿轮磨床、螺纹磨床,导轨磨床、无心磨床(磨外圆)和工具磨床(磨刀具)等。下面小编主要介绍下磨床的结构:
 
    (1)砂轮架——安装砂轮并带动砂轮作高速旋转,砂轮架可沿滑座的燕尾导轨作手动或液动的横向间隙运动。 
 
    (2)滑座——安装砂轮架并带动砂轮架沿立柱导轨作上下运动。 
 
    (3)立柱——支承滑座及砂轮架。 
 
    (4)工作台——安装工件并由液压系统驱动作往复直线运动。 
 
    (5)床身——支承工作台、安装其它部件。 
 
    (6)冷却液系统——向磨削区提供冷却液(皂化油)。 
 
    (7)液压传动系统——其组成有: 
 
    1)动力元件——为油泵,供给液压传动系统压力油; 
 
    2)执行元件——为油缸,带动工作台等部件运动; 
 
    3)控制元件——为各种阀,控制压力、速度、方向等 
 
    4)辅助元件——如油箱、压力表等。 
 
    液压传动与机械传动相比具有传动平稳,能过载保护,可以在较大范围实现无级调速等优点。 
磨床的七个优势: 
 
一、加工零件精度高、质量安稳 
 
    平面磨床的定位精度和重复定位精度都很高,较容易保证一批零件尺度的一致性,只需工艺规划和程序正确合理,加之精心操作,就可以保证零件取得较高的加工精度,也便于对加工进程实行质量操控。 
 
二、自动化程度高,可以减轻操作者的体力劳动强度 
 
    平面磨床加工进程是按输入的程序自动完结的,操作者只需起始对刀、电火花切割机装卸工件、替换刀具,在加工进程中,主要是观察和监督机床运转。 
 
三、尺度标注应契合平面磨床加工的特色 
 
    在数控编程中,所有点、线、面的尺度和方位都是以编程原点为基准的。因此零件图上直接给出坐标尺度,或尽量以同一基准引注尺度。 
 
四、一致几许类型或尺度 
 
    零件的外形、内腔采用一致的几许类型或尺度,这样可以削减换刀次数,还可能应用操控程序或专用程序以缩短程序长度。零件的形状尽可能对称,便于利用平面磨的镜向加工功能来编程,以节约编程时间。 
五、定位基准可靠 
 
    在平面磨床加工中,加工工序往往较会集,以同一基准定位十分重要。便于新产品研发和改型。平面磨床加工一般不需要很多复杂的工艺装备,经过编制加工程序就可把形状复杂和精度要求较高的零件加工出来,当产品改型,更改规划时,只需改变程序,而不需要重新规划工装。所以,平面磨床加工能大大缩短产品研发周期,为新产品的研发开发、产品的改善、改型供给了捷径。

七、生产效率高 
 
    平面磨床加工是能再一次装夹中加工多个加工表面,一般只检测首件,所以可以省去普通机床加工时的不少中心工序,并且因为磨床加工出的零件质量安稳,为后续工序带来便利,其综合效率明显提高。

2) actuator - oil cylinder, driving the movement of worktable and other components
 
 
 
3) control elements: various valves, control pressure, speed, direction, etc
 
 
 
4) auxiliary components - such as oil tank, pressure gauge, etc.  
 
 
 
Compared with mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission has the advantages of stable transmission, overload protection and stepless speed regulation in a large range.

The shape and inner cavity of the part adopt the same several types or dimensions, which can reduce the number of tool changes, and may also apply the control program or special program to shorten the program length. The shape of the parts is symmetrical as much as possible, which is convenient to use the mirror processing function of the plane grinding to program, so as to save the programming time.  
 
5、 Reliable positioning datum
 
 
 
In the process of surface grinding machine, the working procedure is often concentrated, so it is very important to locate with the same datum. It is convenient for R & D and modification of new products. The surface grinder generally does not need a lot of complex process equipment, and the parts with complex shape and high precision requirements can be processed after the preparation of processing program. When the product is modified and the planning is changed, only the program needs to be changed, and the tooling does not need to be re planned. Therefore, the surface grinder processing can greatly shorten the product R & D cycle, and provide a shortcut for the R & D and development of new products, product improvement and modification.
